1. Guarantee

Merchandise purchased from SOLIGOR is covered by a 2 year guarantee, 5 years guarantee is given on SOLIGOR binoculars and even 10 years guaratee on memory cards. The coverage begins with the date of invoice. Terms and conditions of our guarantee are specified in the instruction manuals of each product. This guarantee does not influence your right to make claim to product warranty liability as stated in paragraph 5 of these terms and conditions

2. Contract of Purchase

The contract of purchase is established between buyer and seller at the time of shipment. The agreed upon price is that listed as SOLIGOR direct purchase price on the SOLIGOR internet site.

3. Right of Cancellation

As stated in paragraph 3 'FernAbsG' the order is revocable within two weeks after receipt of merchandise by written notice or return of said merchandise. Date of dispatch determines compliance with the time frame. A statement of reason is not required. Cancellation must be followed by or be concurrent with the return of the merchandise in original packaging. Payment made for same will be returned. The costs and risk involved in returning the merchandise will be accepted only if the value of the merchandise is over EUR 40.00 with the exception whereby the delivered merchandise is not identical to that ordered. Compensation for the usage or operation occurring before the time of cancellation is to be made without consideration of the reduction of value caused by the usage of the item.

4. Transportation Costs

A charge of EUR 6,90 will be made for handling, shipping and insurance charges. The shipment is free from an order value of 200.00 EUR. This transportation charges stand only for Germany.

5. Warranty Claims

Our product warranty initially covers correction of delivered merchandise. Should this, however, not be possible, you have the right to cancellation of the contract or request of a price reduction. Written notification of apparent defects must be made within 8 days of receipt. Date of dispatch determines validity of notification. Should it be determined that the defect was caused by improper handling, abuse or misuse, the cost of repair/correction will be for the account of the buyer.

6. Transportation Damage

Although the risk of transportation damage is transferred to the buyer at time of dispatch, we can be of immediate assistance. The merchandise is insured and should it be damaged or arrive incomplete, you must notify the carrier/forwarder within 24 hours of the damage. A copy of the protocol is to be sent to us. We will then contact you directly in order to resolve the problem.

7. Liability

SOLIGOR is liable as regulated by law with concern to gross negligence and wrongful intent. A liability for ordinary negligence is excluded in cases where the breach does not affect fundamental contractual obligations. In this case our liability is limited to predictable, typical damage at time of contract conclusion.

8. Provision

Merchandise remains property of SOLIGOR until full payment has been received. Should a product be out of stock we reserve the right to delivery at a later time or if item can not be delivered to offer a replacement. Liability for errors of text mistakes is excluded. Specifications are subject to change without notification.

The company is registered at Amtsgericht Stuttgart HRB No. 220566. Managing directors are Mrs. Ursula Hasenkopf and Mr. Chan, Keagan Ka Chun, HK. Vat-ID No. DE 147 83 2747, ILN 4011104000007. If our customer is salesman according to the German HGB, the location of performance of contract and the place of venue is Stuttgart.
